Management of care institutions
The dialysis activities are ruled by the national regulation on the healthcare institutions. The Foundation has adapted its management to organize all committees necessary in France, for this type of establishment, namely:
- the Medical Conference of care institutions which defines, with the Head of the Foundation, the medical project of the care institutions in adequacy with the regional health plan
- the Committee of Fight Against the Nosocomial Infections which ensures the prevention and the monitoring of the nosocomial infections
- the Committee of Fight against the Pain which helps improve quality of the medical response to the patients' pain
- the Commission of Relation with the Users and the Quality of the Medical actions is charged of assisting and guiding any person who estimates they were harmed ; and of indicating their possibilities for appeal and conciliation.
